Processing Times
Most orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items: All items are shipped via e.g., Royal Mail, DHL etc.
Tracking Your Gear
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Damaged Shipments
We pack our gear to withstand a trek across the country, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged:
- Document it: Take photos of the damaged packaging and the item immediately.
- Contact us: Email us at cs@rollingguitar.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep the box: Do not throw away the original packaging, as it is required for the insurance claim.
Weather Awareness (Pro Tip)
If you are ordering a guitar during extreme heat or cold, we may suggest holding the shipment for a few days to avoid finish cracking (checking) or structural stress. When your guitar arrives, we recommend letting the box sit indoors for 24 hours to acclimate to your home’s temperature before opening.
