The famous "Orange Drop" film capacitor made by Sprague. A perfect upgrade capacitor offering sonic purity over standard ceramic caps. Generally used on the volume controls to act as a treble bleed. On most guitars, as the volume pot is turned down, the tone starts to become too muddy sounding. Put this capacitor on the volume and it will retain the treble frequencies.
